At Zenchef, our Salesforce CRM supports 150+ users across Europe, from marketing to sales and support teams, helping them optimize customer interactions. As a Salesforce Administrator intern, you'll work closely with our RevOps team to improve our systems, support users, and gain hands-on experience with a widely used business tool!

Day-to-Day:

  • Assist in managing user access (permissions, profiles, roles, etc.).

  • Handle Internal Requests (IRs): internal support tickets from Zenchef users who need help with Salesforce.

  • Assist new and existing users on how to use Salesforce effectively.

  • Help maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce and other tools (e.g., Chargebee for invoicing, Ringover for calls, and ZenchefOS).

  • Optimize user experience by setting up no-code automation and supporting Apex developments.

  • Work on structured projects to improve processes and promote user autonomy.

  • Bring your creativity to solve problems and enhance day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing the final year of an Engineering school or equivalent Master's degree.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and learning.

  • Fluent in French with good English skills.

  • Comfortable with data and logic-based thinking (some knowledge of SQL or programming is a bonus but not required).

Why join us?

  • Gain hands-on experience in Salesforce administration in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work with a supportive and knowledgeable team.

  • Develop skills in CRM systems, automation, and business processes.

  • A chance to contribute to impactful projects and see real-world results.

Recruitment Process:

  2. Step 2: Interview with the CRM Team Lead

  3. Step 3: Culture fit discussion with team members
