As we gear up for a monumental leap past the 50m€ revenue mark (and beyond!), Addactis is transforming its finance and accounting function to be a fundament for this growth.

You will be responsible to secure, execute and simplify financial and accounting tasks for one of our entities, Addactis Latina. You will report, in a matric structure, to the Group Accounting Manager, be part of a larger international Finance Team and the local Latina Team.

As the Finance Manager of Addactis Latina your key objectives are:

•        Handling all day-to-day financial and accounting tasks for Addactis Latina, while managing a local assistant.

•        Obtaining an overview of current processes, questioning them, while complying constantly evolving laws and regulations.

•        Proposing an action plan and a new organization to be implemented to secure our activities while simplifying and automating processes.

In areas as purchasing, payments, accounting, treasury, billing, finance reporting, you will be responsible for:

-          Implement, simplify and maintain financial controls and procedures.

-          Manage all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

-          Work with local external accountant and evaluate admin setup & processes.

-          Drive the budgeting process and monitor financial performance in collaboration with the Group Controller.

-          Ensure compliance with constantly evolving tax laws and regulations.

-          Manage relationships with banks and other financial stakeholders.

-          Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger & month-end close.

-          Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

-          Ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to the Management Committee.

-          Implement, ensure internal controls.

-          Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

-          Collaboration: Work closely together with accountants, treasury, tax and controlling and the business leaders. Liaise with Controlling, Tax & Treasury to facilitate & drive also efficiencies in those functions.

-          Change Management agent: take part in the transforming the accounting/finance function.

-          Help drive the business performance.

About you

• 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 📈 Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance management, preferably in a tech startup or in a Big 4 (for International SMEs as Addactis Latina) with a proven track record of success.          

• 💻 Expertise: Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local accounting regulations. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and passion in finding automated solutions for recurring data processing.

• 🔍 Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. You’re used to work in a challenging environment and can step back. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

• 💬 Problem Solver: Strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders.

• 🤝 Team Player: Demonstrated success in working collaboratively, fostering partnerships across departments and with external partners.

• 📚 Regulatory Expertise: Understanding of financial regulations, ensuring compliance, and guiding the company through best practices.

• 🗣 Languages: Fluent in Spanish & English, French is a plus.

• 👩🏽‍💻Softwares: Accounting/ERP & reporting tools oriented is key. Knowledge of SAAS Software and consulting Business required.
