Jirka is the Head of the Development Unit in Energy IT, leading a team that develops trading systems for dynamic energy markets. He joined DBAG in 2011 as a software developer, fresh out of university. Since then, he has worked in our 360T branch in Frankfurt am Main and taken on new roles throughout his DBAG career.

After leading the M7 XBID product as the Product Owner, he now leads a team of 40 people who develop multiple highly-performing commodity trading platforms.

Adriana has over 13 years of experience in HR in international tech companies. She has a master's degree in psychology from Charles University in Prague and she has held senior HR positions at Porsche Holding, Hochtief CZ.

She joined our company in 2019 as Head of HR at Deutsche Börse Prague where she is responsible for the HR strategy and operations for over 1,300 employees in our location.

Armin was one of the very first employees who started our DBG branch in Prague back in 2008. He has been part of our company for more than 20 years now and currently is one of our branch managers in Prague, as well as being a head of his settlement department.

He is also one of the members of a diversity council and strongly drives our local marketPride (LGBTQ+) community forward.

Lucie works as a stream lead in Eurex R7 – Next Generation Risk Systems project in the Risk IT division, overseeing a cross-functional team dedicated to implementing Risk GUI applications. She has been a member of DBG since 2019 and is currently leading a group of skilled developers, testers, and analysts.

She conducts crucial analyses and defines release scopes to foster collaboration with business partners. Lucie also takes charge of project management for various applications.

Frank has been working as the Eurex Clearing Branch Manager in Prague since 2016. His journey with DBG began in 2012 in Germany, and after few years he relocated from there to Prague. His responsibilities encompass the management of the clearing help desk, overseeing customer requests, system operations, and notably, the seamless clearing process bridging trading and settlement.

Apart from his main responsibilities, Frank creates a friendly and enjoyable workplace, helping his team develop strong skills and skillfully guiding them in the best possible directions.
