About you:
Diabolocom is looking for a new talent to lead the Project Team, at the very heart of our innovation process.
At Diabolocom, you will:
· Lead and manage a team of 10+ Project Managers responsible for delivering our cloud contact center and AI services.
· Organize the scaling of the team, particularly by integrating proprietary AI products and enhancing delivery and consulting on AI solutions.
· Synchronize, prioritize, and ensure the delivery of the team’s activities to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
· Take proactive steps to ensure knowledge and succesful strategies are effectively shared across all project managers and departements
· Promote strong collaboration with other teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Product, to drive process improvements.
· Ensure best practices so that customers utilize our solutions efficiently, with a focus on key customers for close follow-up.
What we are looking for:
· Engineering School Degree
· 6+ years' Project Management experience in a web/telecom environment
· Native French
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in in English
· Strong interest or motivation in management
· Experience in the CCaaS sector is a big plus
