Identifying Potential Partners:
Define and build a global Tech Partnership strategy that offers growth opportunities.
Meet partners and assess their industry reputation, technological capabilities, and alignment with our company values.
Negotiating Agreements:
Negotiate terms of partnership agreements and collaborate with legal and sales teams to ensure that they are beneficial and aligned with Displayce goals.
Define key partnership terms including revenue sharing models, intellectual property rights, and performance metrics.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives in partner organizations.
Engage in regular communication and represent Displayce at industry events to foster a collaborative partnership environment.
Monitoring and Evaluating Partnerships:
Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies (new integrations, new features, new markets) with new and existing partners.
Analyze key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to optimize partnership effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Overseeing the collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, tech, product and operations—to ensure alignment on partnership strategies.
Facilitate seamless execution of partnership initiatives to drive mutual success.
You will join a team of 50 people, organised into Tech, Product, Supply, Sales and Data divisions and will report directly to the CRO, Marie Gaestel.
10+ years in adtech environments, programmatic, media orgs
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires context switching several times in a day as you cover multiple dimensions within the parterships function
Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable wearing different hats
Manage all aspects of business development – from initial outreach through, creative partnership development, deal negotiations, commercial term development and contract signing.
Traverse C-level strategy discussions with Digital platforms right through to technical implementation discussions
