The Role

To support our continue growth in France and the United States, DNA Script is recruiting a Support Technician, IT to provide to support at our France locations. The person selected will be responsible for providing first-line support and to liaison between users and our team in France (or sub-contractors where needed). In addition to this you will work with subcontractors to maintain and develop our IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Function as single point of contact for IT matters
  • Ensure support is handled in a timely manner in accordance with SLAs
  • Handle asset and inventory management for IT and telecom equipment
  • Ensure all AV and IT equipment is working correctly at all sites
  • Support in the on and off boarding of employees and other corporate matters
  • Develop, monitor and provide training of IT policies

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of network management
  • Prove experience working with limited supervision
  • Microsoft or other certifications a plus

Desired technical skills

  • Windows 10/11 administration
  • The Microsoft Desktop product suite (Office, Outlook, PowerBI, Teams, etc)
  • Microsoft Cloud products: SharePoint, Office 365
  • Microsoft (Azure) ActiveDirectory
  • Experience in cyber security best practices
  • Experience in deploying and troubleshooting networks and network equipment
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus
  • Some experience of Linux is a plus

You have strong interpersonal skills and a rigorous attention to detail. You have clear communication skills, and a real ability to interact effectively with your users. Versatile and technically adept at everything, you are attracted to working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving.
