The Challenge

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a key engineering team within our Patient Services organization and help us build the #1 digital medical companion for patients across Europe.

As part of one of France's most downloaded apps, you'll build and manage a team of engineers creating innovative, personalized healthcare solutions that millions rely on daily. Your team will work on backend systems (primarily Java and some Python for specialized AI initiatives) and mobile development. Your first major challenge? Building groundbreaking features for young parents to track, manage, and understand their children's health journey, making a real difference in families' lives.

Your Impact

• Pioneer advanced healthcare experiences from concept to scale, leading rapid experimentation cycles that deliver measurable improvements in user activation, engagement, and satisfaction
• Build your engineering team from the ground up, recruiting and developing talented engineers dedicated to creating technology that genuinely improves healthcare outcomes
• Drive technical excellence and innovation across one of Europe's most impactful healthcare platforms, setting new standards in the industry
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical features that directly improve healthcare experiences for families
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure our solutions truly address clinical needs and enhance patient care
• Shape the engineering culture at one of France's most impactful tech companies, influencing how we build, test, and deploy software at scale

Your Profile

You're an experienced engineering leader who combines technical expertise with people leadership skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating technology that meaningfully improves lives.

Core qualifications:

• 2+ years managing engineering teams, with a proven track record of developing engineers
• Track record of improving platform performance and creating exceptional user experiences
• Strong commitment to code quality and testing practices
• Ability to select and implement the most appropriate technologies for complex problems
• Comfortable communicating in English for day-to-day team collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, and retain engineering talent

Bonus points for:

• Experience building delightful B2C products at scale
• Background in healthcare technology or demonstrated interest in healthcare innovation
• Experience building personalization engines or content delivery systems
