At Emeria Technologies, product development is a collaborative effort among engineering, design, operations, and other functions. You will join a team of Product Managers with the aim of developing features and improvements, participating in product strategy definition, and creating excellent user experience by solving a wide range of problems through our product, Millenium.

As the first Product Manager for Millenium roll out in the UK, you have a key role for the Product Team. 

YOUR MAIN FOCUSES 

• Driving value analysis: we are looking for Product Managers who are obsessed with delivering value to our users. You will identify/analyze problems, define a compelling vision, and track the results of implementing solutions. 

• Leading gap analysis: you will be identified as lead PM for Millenium in the UK market, analyzing gap between current Millenium features and what’s needed for UK property managers. Your role will be to prioritize features development based on value and technical complexity analysis. 

• Generating and sharing knowledge: at Emeria Technologies, learning is one of our core values. You will be responsible for developing and sharing expertise in your product domain specifically for UK market, conducting customer/market analyses, and defining and analyzing associated metrics.

KEY ACTIVITIES 

• Defining product vision, strategic objectives, and associated metrics in collaboration with the Product Managers team. 

• Specifically on needs for Millenium deployment in the UK on lettings and real estate sales business lines, analyze and understand features’ gap compared to current Millenium.  

• Sharing features discovery and stakes with other product managers.  

• Understanding business, user, and regulatory needs by involving development teams. 

• Facilitating collaboration between business, users, experts, and teams. 

• Managing the roadmap to meet strategic Emeria Technologies objectives (maximizing ROI) for UK scope. 

• Ensuring the health of the Product backlog (prioritization, detail, emergence, estimation). 

• Gathering user feedback to better meet their needs. 

• Effective communication of vision, roadmap, and ongoing work results to the entire organization and stakeholders. 

• Coordinating features delivery with tech teams based on features prioritization.

BUSINESS TRIPS

• Business trip to Paris during the 2 first weeks of the onboarding period. 

• Then you would be expected to travel to Paris once a month or every 2 months (for 2 days) depending on the onboarding and operation needs. 

• Trips within the UK to meet the users are to be expected. 

Travel expenses are fully covered.

• Experience: you have at least 5 years’ experience in product management or consulting, ideally in a high-growth environment.

• Problem-solving: you have strong problem-solving skills. You are driven to find the best possible solutions to meet the needs of our users.

• Technology and digital: you are curious about how things work. You are able to navigate a technical environment.

• Insight-driven: ideally, you have knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly rental management and sales.

• Persuasion-leadership: you are an excellent communicator and can persuade, convey your energy, and provide direction to teams.
