👉 We are seeking our first Product Manager to join Escape and play a pivotal role in shaping our product management processes from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our cofounders under the supervision of the CTO Antoine Carossio, leading a team of outstanding and autonomous engineers.

With Escape’s strong technical DNA, this role requires a solid technical background with B2B SaaS experience, and offers a comprehensive 360-degree view of the business. You will have the chance to test various methodologies, influence the overall growth and direction of the company, and make a significant impact on our success.

Context

• Location: Paris (75002), 2 days remote/week

• Engineering Team: 13 Engineers (including 5 Interns), 1 Tech Lead, 1 Product Manager, 1 Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Product Development: Work closely with the CEO and CTO, translating high-level ideas into detailed requirements, and ensuring timely delivery with the engineering team.

• Lead Customer Meetings: Collaborate with customers and sales to gather requirements, ensuring their needs are met with innovative solutions.

• Shape the Product Roadmap: Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to drive product enhancements and innovations, advocating for customer priorities in development.

• Oversee Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA testing, track and resolve bugs, and maintain high product standards in collaboration with technical experts.

• Enhance Communication and Documentation: Keep product documentation up-to-date, craft compelling feature release posts, and ensure clear communication of support resolutions.

• Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members.

• B2B SaaS Enterprise: At least 2 years of experience in building and scaling enterprise-level B2B SaaS solutions, with a focus on understanding customer needs, product lifecycle, and the complexities of SaaS platforms in a business environment.

• Passionate Technologist: You share our deep commitment to technology and have thrived in a deep tech environment where innovation is key, with experience in cutting-edge AI and algorithmic development.

• Collaborative Leadership: You are skilled at working with cross-functional teams and have a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion, with a detail-oriented mindset. Experience with Notion.so and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Effective Communication: Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
