In a context of strong growth and internationalization of the company, we are looking to accelerate our sales cycle and growth in Europe - especially in the DACH Market - while increasing the adoption of the product by current users.

As Head of the Sales team, you will lead the revenue growth strategy and execution to help us become the leader in our field through the following missions:

  • Build a Sales machine for a tech growth environment
  • Build and pilot the Sales Forecast/Results every year, quarter and month
  • Lead and execute the strategy to win new customers internationally
  • Responsible for managing the sales team
  • Sign 1 or 2 large deal yourself every year
  • Lead Sales Ops & Sales Enablement efforts in collaboration with Marketing team
  • Test & Learn approach to reduce Sales Cycle
  • Represent the company at professional events and webinars
  • Actively participate in the visibility and possible evolution of our positioning.
  • Share with the product and engineering team feedback from the market and prospects.

Requisitos

  • You are fluent in English and French both oral and written. German or other European languages are a big plus as we are developing across Europe.

  • You have very good interpersonal skills, you are able to work with diverse teams and personalities, including in full remote

  • You have your way with data and look at Sales as a Sciences : Conversion rate, ARR, Churn, and SaaS metrics are in your vocabulary

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you carry out your projects independently, and you don’t hesitate to make proposals to improve things.

  • You are a leader and a team player - you know how to inspire and motivate your team, and know when to reach out for help from your fellow colleagues. You managed a team before.

  • You are able to talk to C-Level executives as well as operational people

  • We need someone who will be able to act at operational and strategic levels - you are still a hunter and understand that you will have operational tasks and your own goals to achieve on top of management.

The position is ideally based in Paris (11th arrondissement), Lille or Duisburg. Home office and full remote is possible. We also offer digital nomad trips :)
