We are looking for an accounting apprentice to join our team at the Paris office. 

Responsibilities for the french market:

• Assisting with Management accounts preparation
• Treatment of the bookkeeping
• Invoicing clients 
• Processing Accounts payable
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing transfers within the payment system (identifying misconfigurations and miscalculations)
• Assist in ad hoc analyses for Finance or other teams » Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination
• Any other Ad Hoc tasks as required within the Finance Team
• Assist in gathering documentation and information for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Participate in process improvements and initiatives to enhance financial controls and efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating cloud applications
• Analytical, problem solving mind 
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality
• Able to multitask, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• A proactive hands-on attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop self
• The ability to work with the highest ethical and professional quality standards
