About the role
We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our company as a Sales Associate!
Responsibilities (non-concluding)
- Business development: You'll manage qualified incoming leads and talk to owners who are interested in entrusting their properties to our services. You'll be their first point of contact, representing GuestReady's expertise and professionalism.
- Personalized advice and strategy: You analyze each property to understand each owner's needs and objectives, and propose a tailor-made rental strategy. Your listening skills and expertise will be key to guiding them through their project.
- Become an expert in rental management: You'll deepen your knowledge of the your knowledge of the short-term rental market and the real estate sector, and build a solid network, becoming a privileged advisor to investors and landlords.
- Close collaboration with the onboarding department: Once contracts have been signed, you hand over to the onboarding department, with whom you work closely. This team is responsible for integrating new properties and ensuring that they are successfully let. Together, you ensure a smooth and rapid transition for the customer, guaranteeing a smooth experience from day one.
- Full support for prospects: From project discovery to signing, you accompany owners every step of the way, making sure to answer all their questions and close every opportunity. You're their guide to maximizing the potential of their property.
- Performance monitoring and reporting: You monitor your results and provide weekly
reports to your manager to adjust your actions in line with objectives.
Requirements
- You're driven by a spirit of conquest, and enjoy taking on challenges by meeting (or even exceeding!) your targets.
- You're an outstanding communicator, at ease both orally and in writing spelling is one of your strong points.
- You have a good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our and our foreign customers.
- You are able to juggle several projects simultaneously, while respecting deadlines, and you know how to demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with our customers and partners.
- Finally, your rigour and organizational skills enable you to manage your schedule effectively manage your schedule and follow up each project successfully
