Key Responsibilities
Content creation & management: Develop and execute a diverse range of content that aligns with Happydemics’ brand identity. Map and upcycle internal resources to decline on several channels. This includes editorial and social, on several channels like blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, website copy…
Inspiration & innovation: Bring a fresh perspective to our content, infusing it with creativity and a fun, engaging style that complements our expert positioning. Develop content about advertising in general, with strong and fun style.
Brand identity implementation: Ensure that all content is consistent with our brand’s tone of voice and visual identity, contributing to a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager, the PR & Events Specialist, the design team, the insights team, to amplify brand actions and support event-related content needs.
Performance Monitoring/sensitivity: Track and analyze content performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content strategies.
Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to grow our brand’s audience and increase engagement across all digital platforms, particularly on Linkedin and Instagram.
Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to craft compelling content for a variety of audiences and platforms.
Content strategy & development: Proven experience in creating and managing content strategies that drive brand visibility and engagement.
Project management: Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Digital marketing tools: Proficiency in content management systems (like wordpress), social media management tools, and analytics platforms
SEO & SEM: basics understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines would be appreciated
Native-level fluency in English (UK or US)
Marketing and advertising culture, particularly in English-speaking markets
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in brand content creation, preferably in a B2B environment. Having references in AdTech / Media would be a strong advantage
