About the Role

Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the health of the fleet along with assets utilized in the Hub’s day to day operations. This position will play a role in inspecting and maintaining our van as well as other hub related assets, ensuring vehicles are in suitable condition for use each day (including reviewing fuel levels), and assisting with receiving, staging, and loading of HelloFresh boxes.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon drivers' return, checking for damage and reporting any new issues by completing the appropriate forms.
• Check vehicle dashboards for engine lights and fault codes; perform inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitization standards of the vehicle's exterior, as well as interior cabin and cargo areas.
• Inbound trailers and offload and stage in the correct area while following all safe handling guidelines
• Assist with loading of HelloFresh boxes into delivery vehicles
• Conduct routine counts of keys, vehicles, gas cards, phones and other assets. Perform regular audits to ensure no items are missing, and track HelloFresh assets including assignment and return status. Drive accountability for inventory discrepancies with timely and accurate reporting. .
• Collaborate with the local operations team to document, collect, and report vehicle mileage and reefer hours for all units. Strategically plan and schedule downtime to minimize fleet operations impact.
• Shuttle vehicles, assets, and equipment to various locations as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

At a minimum, you have:

• Valid G Class license
• Clean criminal background check and clean driver’s abstract
• Familiarity with motor vehicles, specifically cargo, delivery or utility vehicles.
• 1+ years experience with a Delivery Service Provider, Rental company, or organization operating a vehicle fleet would be an asset.
• Familiar with MS Office, Google Apps, and comfortable learning new technologies.
