📌 About the Role

Jus Connect, the sister platform of Jus Mundi, is seeking a results-driven and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to help us build a viral professional network for lawyers in arbitration and beyond. We are looking for someone who has an insatiable desire to increase the user base by experimenting with various common and uncommon hacks. As a Growth Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive product-led growth and develop and execute growth strategies that increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention on our professional networking platform for lawyers. You should have a thorough understanding of the entire growth engine cycle, from traffic acquisition to member activation and engagement on our platform.

You’ll be part of our Jus Connect squad, dedicated to building and driving Jus Connect, our data-driven professional network for lawyers. Our team is known for its problem-solving skills and result-driven, innovative, and hands-on mentality, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top professionals across marketing, engineering, product, and business.

You will report to our Head of Jus Connect, a lawyer turned VC turned tech.

🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable, cost-effective growth marketing strategies to drive rapid user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Acquisition Tactics: Leverage organic and paid marketing channels (including social media, influencer partnerships, referrals, and content marketing) to attract early adopters and build a critical mass of users.

  • SEO Optimization: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to the platform. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy that aligns with user interests.

  • Referral Program and Network Effects: Implement strategies to maximize network effects, incentivizing users to invite others and share the platform, fostering organic growth and virality.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as user acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and retention rates. Use insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform decision-making.

  • Iterative Testing: Experiment with different growth tactics, continuously refining messaging, targeting, and channels for optimal results.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business on growth objectives and seamless user experiences across the platform.

  • Community Building: Develop campaigns and programs to foster community participation and user-generated content, driving deeper engagement and making early users feel part of a growing movement.

  • Onboarding and Activation: Improve the user onboarding experience to ensure new users engage quickly, find value in the platform, and become long-term, active participants.


Requisitos

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally with experience at an early-stage startup or in a social networking environment.

  • Strong understanding of growth hacking techniques, including viral loops, referral systems, and customer acquisition channels.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing & SEO tools (Google Analytics, Heap social media platforms (Linkedin), Semrush, Canvas, Figma, etc.).

  • Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven and problem-solving mindset.

  • Fluency in English is a must; French or another language is a plus.

  • Strong interest in the legal industry and legal tech is a plus.
