✨ How to be successful in this role

• Have an interest in crafting software you are proud of

• Have at least 1 year of industry experience

• Have a professional experience with Node + Typescript

• Have previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritises a bias for action

1. Introductory Chat (20min) If we think that your profile would suit, we call you to present Korint & the job.

2. CTO Interview This is an opportunity to confirm your deep expertise and ensure alignment on your career goals and our expectations.

3. Coding Exercise You will receive a brief take-home assignment to showcase your technical skills. Afterward, we will brainstorm together on your solution to understand your thought process.

4. On-site Interviews Join us in person to meet the team. We will have lunch together and dive deep into our codebase and the challenges we are tackling.

5. CEO Interview This is where we re-ensure alignment with our vision and values.
