This role will report to the Commercial Excellence & Demand Planning Manager and will be working closely with the Sales Zone Directors and respective Sales teams on key areas:
•Sales Demand Forecasting. The Commercial Analyst will be gathering and combining data from various sources (business applications, Customer input, Market Intelligence and Corporate strategy) for compiling the future market demand outlook and supplying this to the Sales Directors. He/She will be supporting the process at every step, in contact with all stakeholders (external and internal) till the final Demand Forecast submission to the Commercial Excellence & Demand Planning Manager.
•Allocation & Sales Tunnels. The Commercial Analyst will be having a high-level coordination/involvement in the Allocation process ensuring Sales compliance with key milestones of the Allocation process. He/She will be the liaison between Sales and Sales Coordination guiding Order Intake management and aligning with Sales & Operations plan’s guidelines. With a very close monitoring of the Sales Tunnels the Commercial Analyst will be supporting the Sales Directors on Sales Tunnels fulfilment and will also be responsible for reflecting Sales & Operations plan adjustment to the Sales Tunnels.
•CRM Sales Data Quality. The Commercial Analyst will be working closely and continuously with the Sales teams to ensure Data Quality in CRM is maintained. Supported by the CRM Manager, the Commercial Analyst will design dashboards & views on Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities for reviewing with the Sales members ensuring high accuracy data is maintained.
•Project Pipeline monitoring. With a strong understanding of the L-Acoustics Project Lifecycle, the Commercial Analyst will be reviewing the Project Pipeline with the Sales teams, to ensure that special requirements per Project are indicated and communicated across the organization, timelines are respected and reflected both in the CRM as well as in the Sales Demand Forecast and to ensure that timely actions are taken securing the Project Pipeline health.
•Sales Meetings & internal Reporting. With respect to harmonizing the reporting structure on a global level, the Commercial Analyst will be supporting the Sales Directors with the preparation of meetings, consolidating input from their respective teams and highlighting and proposing any arising topic to be considered.
•Commercial Agreements, Customer Reporting. The Commercial Analyst will ensure Customer reporting is received in line with contractual agreements, liaise with customers directly when necessary to secure the smooth process and will be the one to suggest any actions to take upon analysis of the data. Furthermore, the Commercial Analyst will closely follow up on the Commercial agreements receipt and indicate Customer KPI achievement to the respective Sales members.
