We are seeking a CRM B2C junior profile to join our dynamic team and improve our automatize multi-channels campaigns. At TheFork, the CRM B2C team plays a crucial role in acquiring new diners and making them repeat their delightful dining experiences thanks to personalized marketing journeys. We collaborate extensively with various teams such as Data, Product, Loyalty and Marketing teams. Reporting to our Global CRM B2C Manager, you'll be supported by three amazing additional team members to continue to implement the strategy of migrating CRM B2C to full automize campaigns approach with the objectives of driving the growth and success of our organization.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Marketing Users Journeys Creation & Improvement: From A to Z, imagine and roll out the users’ journeys of tomorrow using data fields, marketing channels, rules orchestration, etc
  • Dive into the Data Fields possibility: Unlock new journeys scenario and improve both segmentation & personalization.
  • Express your Creativity on Copywriting: Write the master content of Newsletter & Pushes of your marketing journeys following internal brand guidelines.
  • Master Tool Management: Stripo as HTML provider tool; Braze as multi-channels Campaigns/Journeys orchestration and sending tool.
  • Report and Analyze: Through Tableau and homemade Reports to define where the next focus needs to be to reach higher results.
  • Run your AB Test Learning Mindset: Never let an open question unanswered; roll out learnings as speed wins to improve performances on a daily basis.
  • Lead and/or Support Projects: Realize our taste of innovation
  • Coordinate and Set Up Ad Hoc Campaigns: Leading monthly prioritization request meeting with multiple stakeholders and guarantee the set up and deliverability on time by making sure each team is following process and deadlines.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Language Requirements: Mother Tongue level of French (at least C2) and proficiency in English (B2)
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in CRM Users Journeys development (B2C or B2B) is highly appreciated.
  • Doer and Business Driven: with a smile 😊
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail as sending communications to diners.
  • Technical Skills: Mastering a marketing tool (Braze, Stripo) is kind of hobbies for you
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Skilled in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving resolution. Ability to simplify complex problems, create pragmatic solutions, and find workarounds.
  • Analytical Skills: Play and interpret reporting, with the ability to react accordingly; familiarity with incrementality concepts.
  • Team Player: Enthusiastic, humble, sociable and open to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Passionate and Dedicated: Passion for the restaurant industry. Understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the CRM channel; being an active listener eager to learn.
