As a Customer Service Representative at Manawa, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary mission will be to facilitate clear and effective communication with our clients, ensuring the quality of their experience before, during, and after their outdoor activities.
Manage adventurer (customer) projects through our back office
Advise and guide our adventurers on their upcoming adventures (canyoning, kitesurfing, rafting, surfing, diving, …)
Assist clients after booking (meeting points, weather conditions…)
Be the first point of contact for our adventurers (by phone, email, and online chat) before, during, and after the experience
Create and update adventurer profiles in a centralized system
Build quality relationships with our adventurers and partners: you will be the “voice” of Manawa
Participate in various ad hoc projects
You are passionate about outdoor sports and activities
You are fluent in French (native) and have a good command of English (B2/C1 level)
You are curious and enjoy teamwork in an international environment
You are comfortable interacting with adventurers and partners worldwide, including by phone
You are detail-oriented and diligent in following up on your tasks
You have prior experience in customer service, ideally in a call center
You have experience in the tourism sector
You speak another language (German, Spanish, etc.)
