You will join a pole that is key to ManoMano's growth: Paid Acquisition. You’ll collaborate closely with traffic managers and you will help to manage and optimize ManoMano paid traffic campaigns (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK), steering day-to-day performances and ensuring alignment with our targets with a strong focus on ROI.

Your main missions:

  • Campaign Management & Bid Management: Develop, manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, App, Facebook Ads, etc.). Monitor and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired ROI.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Continuous analysis and recommendations to improve our campaigns hygiene and performances. Develop reporting (demand, competition traffic, coverage rate, etc.) for internal stakeholders (finance, sourcing, product…)

  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates. A/B test new Google features & products in collaboration with Data team

  • Benchmarking & Competition Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition best practices and search engine updates to ensure we capture demand in the right place at the right time and campaigns are always performing at their best.


Preferred experience


  • Master 1 or 2 from a Business School / Engineering School / other (or equivalent university education)

  • Experience on a similar field of expertise is a plus

  • Proficient in spoken and written English

  • You are very rigorous in your work

  • You have an analytical mindset and you are able to dig into data to find meaning, to point out useful information and to make decisions according to it.

  • Soft Skills: Eager to solve problems. Curious, open-minded and willing to learn with a good digital culture. Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment). Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Locker or equivalent reporting tools. SQL language.
