Position Overview:

The Senior Director Acquisition will drive customer acquisition and growth across multiple channels, including offline media, digital marketing, SEO, ASO, trafficking, and technology. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing landscapes, capable of integrating various channels to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies across offline and online channels.

- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve department goals.

- Collaborate with the executive team to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.

Offline Media:

- Oversee the planning and execution of offline media campaigns, including TV/Streaming, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.

- Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance.

Digital Marketing:

- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency.

- Manage relationships and JBP with key partners.

SEO & ASO:

- Lead SEO and ASO strategies to improve organic search rankings and app store visibility.

- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure best practices in SEO and ASO are implemented.

Trafficking and Technology:

- Oversee the implementation and management of ad trafficking systems and processes.

- Ensure the integration of advanced marketing technologies and tools to enhance campaign performance and measurement.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of all acquisition channels, providing regular reports to the executive team.

- Use insights from performance data to refine and improve acquisition strategies continually.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial targets.

Qualifications:

- Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in marketing and customer acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition strategies across multiple channels in an international environment

- Strong knowledge of offline media, digital marketing, SEO, ASO, trafficking, and marketing technologies.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French

Hiring Process:

A first conversation with Maxime, TA manager (30/45 min zoom)

A meeting with Marion, VP Acquisition Europe (60 min onsite)

An interview with Céline, Chief Marketing Officer and Mickael, Senior Director, People (60 min onsite)

A exchange with Matthieu, CEO Meetic Group (30 min onsite)

On your initial days, the HR Team and your team will make sure you start under excellent conditions.

Work From Home Policy: Hybrid, between 2 and 3 days at the office per week required

Contract: CDI / Full Time
