The team :
Murex Learning is a global team responsible for conducting learning needs assessments, designing, developing, purchasing, and delivering Learning experiences to the Murex ecosystem (internal employees, clients, and partners), covering all learning modalities (remote, in-person, digital).
The Paris Learning team consists of 10 people and is organized by two sub-domains. Learning Operations Team is responsible for the ongoing collaboration with Business stakeholders to identify learning needs, and overseeing the deployment of employee, client, and partner Learning experiences. Learning Production team is responsible for the design and development of learning content.
Your missions :
As a member of the Learning Operations Team, you will be involved in the following activities:
Management of internal Learning schedule, ensuring best quality and optimizing attendees’ presence.
Schedule session, session management on LMS, Learner communication
Prepare learning materials
Invoice processing and follow up
Review and analysis of Learning evaluation results
Research external training providers to address Murex development needs.
Preparation of Learning reports, as defined by stakeholder groups and legal requirements
Contribution to the building of the annual evaluation and learning plan
Collaborate with Learning team member to serve as the Learning Business Partner to a specific internal employee population
In addition, you will participate in various learning projects such as foreign language learning program (schedule, registration, follow up), Murex University project
Your profile:
A student in HR (Bac+4/5) who is looking for an apprenticeship in alternating operational and training project roles with a proven experience (internship or apprenticeship) within an HR department.
Proficiency in English (all our training materials are written in English) and with Microsoft Office.
Strong project management skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interact with a diverse group of employees, vendors, and leaders in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities
Passionate about improving processes, autonomous and collaborative
Duration and desired schedule:
12 months starting from September or October
Ideally in days or weeks (4 days - 1 day / 3 weeks - 1 week)
