Your Role: Redefine the Future of Focus

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind Opal’s design strategy, shaping intuitive and impactful experiences that transform how people interact with their screens. You’ll own the entire design process—from uncovering insights to delivering pixel-perfect solutions—making focus a reality for millions of users.

You’ll collaborate with Ugo, Anton, and our Support and Engineering teams to:

• Lead User-Centered Design: Conduct workshops, interviews, and deep research to uncover user needs. Transform these insights into designs that inspire focus and delight.

• Drive Visionary Design Strategy: Develop strategies that balance innovation, usability, and business goals, driving long-term engagement and retention.

• Deliver Iconic Experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that set new standards for functionality and aesthetics across mobile and Mac platforms.

• Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner with engineers to ensure your designs are executed with precision and care.

• Evolve and Scale: Build and refine Opal’s design system to maintain consistency while supporting rapid growth.
  

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 6+ years in product design, with a focus on consumer apps.

• User Research Expertise: Proven ability to uncover and translate user insights into actionable design solutions.

• Design Tools:

  • Advanced Figma skills

  • Experience with Webflow and data-driven tools like Amplitude.

  • Motion design is a plus

• Monetization Design: Familiarity with designing for mobile and Mac app monetization.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited to tackle complex challenges.

• Strong Design Fundamentals: Exceptional visual design skills and a deep understanding of UX principles.
