Role
We are seeking a data-driven Senior Growth Marketer to build and scale our growth marketing function from the ground up. In this newly created role, you’ll help us optimize and scale our customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategy across our self-service and sales-led channels.
Initially, your focus will be on acquisition and activation, laying the foundation for a scalable growth engine. As we grow together, your scope will expand to retention and monetization, ensuring long-term customer value.
You thrive in both hands-on execution and leadership, bringing deep expertise in growth marketing across the full customer journey. You’ve built and managed high-performing teams and know how to combine data, creativity, and experimentation to drive sustainable revenue growth.
As a key player on our small but mighty marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with website and product marketing, data analytics, developer experience, marketing ops, revenue ops, and leadership to align our growth strategy with business goals and accelerate our path to success.
What you will be doing? 🔧
-Develop and own the growth marketing plan, to optimize and scale paid and organic channels, driving sustainable growth and revenue impact.
-Build, lead and develop a high-performing, data-led global B2B Growth Marketing function. Initially you’ll work with a team of freelance contractors, with a plan to scale the team over time.
-Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation and testing, leveraging AI and a modern MarTech stack to drive performance.
-Drive high-quality demand generation across both agency/direct sales and self-service segments through innovative, cost-effective paid and organic strategies.
-Own channel performance and continuous optimization, identifying, testing, and refining the most effective acquisition strategies, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution modeling.
-Optimize budget allocation dynamically, using historical data and real-time insights to maximize ROI across various channels.
-Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration between growth marketing, the wider marketing team, product, data analytics, and revenue teams to align strategies and drive scalable results.
-Work closely with our external collaborators to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and content that resonate with target audiences.
Are you the one? 🧠
-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth or product with a proven track record in growth and demand generation through data-led marketing.
-Hands-on execution and leadership experience, with the ability to build, scale, and lead a function and influence cross-functional projects.
-Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and MarTech stack management.
-Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement.
-Builder mentality: a passion for designing systems, running experiments, and optimizing processes with a continuous learning mindset.
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
-Solution-oriented mindset with a curiosity for experimenting with emerging technologies.
-Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
-Experience and familiarity in incorporating AI technologies into their tasks and workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
-Willingness to travel to our headquarters on a regular basis (depending on your location, on a monthly or quarterly basis) for in-person team meetings and strategy sessions.
Bonus Points
-Experience in the SaaS industry or targeting marketers or developers is a plus.
-Familiarity with working in a global context and driving global demand, with an understanding of cultural nuances and best practices, especially around demand generation.
