A CSR approach integrated into their business

Each of the company's departments is involved in a review of their own scope, to find solutions for improving their social and/or environmental impact.

Within this logic, each department has chosen to prioritize a sustainable development objective, which is translated into a concrete, individualized action plan, whose achievement will be measured each year within the performance reviews.

An endowment fund to positively impact their region

In line with the United Nations Global Compact’s 10 principles, the purpose of the Endowment Fund is to support and carry out any public-interest mission aimed at supporting projects with a strong societal impact. The Fund aims to carry out these actions either directly with the concerned people or projects, or indirectly through the financing of structures pursuing the same purpose and/or sharing the same values.

The Endowment Fund offers employees the opportunity to donate their time and/or skills to improve the life of the company’s ecosystem. Provepharm is located close to Marseille's sensitive neighborhoods, and they want their actions, which are strongly linked to their DNA and values, to have a positive and lasting impact on their territory.

The Endowment Fund and Provepharm employees support Amélie and Lara in their ambitious project: being selected for the 2024 Olympic Games!

Provepharm is an international company with strong local roots and values. Supporting the Marseille sailing pole was therefore a natural step, as it combines the high standards, adventure and passion that are found daily in their employees’ jobs. This agreement is a mutual contribution: similarities between sport and business, excellence, competition... strong shared values to be further developed together.

It develops, manufactures and markets a range of products including antidotes and endoscopic and surgical dyes. Provepharm works closely with healthcare professionals and is committed to developing specific services to help them improve clinical practices.

With a team of over 160 employees in offices in France, the USA and the UK, the company distributes its products in over 25 countries worldwide and devotes between 20% and 25% of its revenues to R&D.

Provepharm strives daily to have a positive and significant social, societal and environmental impact in the performance of its activities: this is its purpose. In November 2023, it joined the very select club of pioneering pharmaceutical companies to be certified B Corp.
