Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a dynamic team. The Qantev Delivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey—from initial onboarding to successful software delivery. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.

You will play an important role driving the successful end-to-end implementation of technical data driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards. This role requires a blend of strong data analytical skills, technical expertise, and effective communication to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence.
What you will do 👊
Data Analysis & Modelling
Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis. Ensure accuracy and consistency by sanitising and organising it appropriately.
Use statistical methods and tools to analyze datasets, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain data models to support analytical projects and inform use case scearios
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions and improve processes of data ingestion.
Facilitate data review and analysis deep dive client workshops to resolve gaps.
Technical Delivery
Support the software application design including data schema modeling, process workflow development and execution in line with Qantev Software Lifecycle operating principles.
Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks.
Documentation and Reporting
Capture and document client strategy, operational processes and business rules and communicate to Technology Teams.
Work in partnership with Technology and Product Team, scope feature requirements and conduct gap analysis.
Maintain clear documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Create scripts that enable to create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data findings and present them to Senior Customers.
Who you are 😀
To succeed in this role, you bring over 3 years of experience in a client facing technical data analysis role, ideally within a fast-paced environment (scale-ups). Additionally, experience in managing SaaS-based projects, including software integration and development, along with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Excel.
Experience with complex data structures.
You should possess the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology development deliverables for effective client IT delivery plan management.
Fluency in English is required.
Strong communication skills are vital for engaging effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for creating clear and comprehensive corporate presentations, and strive for excellence.
Proactive approach, ready to collaborate with teammates will be essential to your success.
Bonus skills 🤩
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
Understanding of AI and ML algorithms, including their applications and limitations.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Proficiency in additional languages like Spanish, Chinese, or Thai is an advantage.
