As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will be part of the scalability Ops team whose purpose is to help Qonto deliver high customer experience , cope with the regulatory requirements, in a fast-paced and international environment .


You will join the Team led by Tannia, our Head of Scalability among a great team of Strategic Operations Managers.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Strategic Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:


Lead cross-team projects (e.g., with Product, Data, Marketing, Strategic or People teams) to scale and optimize our activities and follow up KPIs and costs

• Manage existing operational partnerships

• Provide ad hoc support on strategic Operations projects

• Evaluate current operational procedures, identifying inefficiencies and making recommendations for improvement

• Overseeing the execution of operational strategies and ensuring that they align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives

• Planning and implementing strategies for controlling costs, reducing risk exposure, improving efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance

🤝 About your future manager


Their path: Tannia started in Customer Support at Comdata in her early years and grew up to Head of Customer Success at Qonto and now has taken over the role of Head of Scalability. This role is one of the most important at Qonto as it ensures that Tannia and the team help us scale and become operationally efficient to reach our long term goals. She has in depth knowledge of the ins and outs of Qonto and has a lot of experience regarding our operational needs across our 5 locations.

What they can bring to you: Tannia is a thoughtful leader, always focusing on inspiring her team to become the best version of their professional self. She loves creating a team environment where people are encouraged to grow, collaborate in a healthy and dynamic way.

Efficient: you are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives

Cross-team player: you are able to work strategically and communicate effectively across departments

Analytical thinker: you have an analytical spirit

Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions

Experience: 3 years of experience in a consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)

Languages: you are fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
