As the leading online art gallery, Singulart is committed to empowering artists worldwide by providing them with a space to showcase and sell their works. We are a fast-growing company, and we pride ourselves on our passion for art and our dedication to artists. 

We are looking for a Client Success Manager who speaks fluent Spanish and Italian to join our team.

 Main Responsibilities Include:  

  • Artist Retention and Long-term happiness by making outbound calls to our artists, building relationships, understanding their needs, and encouraging their participation on the platform. 

  • Collaborate with other Singulart teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to share feedback on the qualitative experience of the artists and maximize their success on the platform.  

  • Contribute to Artist Success Projects to increase artist happiness and increase NPS.


Requisitos

We are looking for someone who is: 

  • Passionate about customer relations. You are a total people person and have excellent skills in written and verbal communication. 

  • A natural salesperson. Have you been told that you could sell water to a fish? You are a star in pitching to people a product or service you believe in and closing a deal. 

  • Resilient on the phone. Not only are you confident when on a call, but you can make and manage a high volume of phone calls to artists on a regular basis while building strong relationships with effective communication. 

  • Organized and autonomous. You think and work in a structured manner, can prioritize tasks, and implement new ideas in a fast-paced environment independently. 

  •  A problem solver. You don’t back down from a challenge and can always find a solution to unexpected situations thanks to your creativity. 

  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian (for the core missions) - [mandatory]

  • Fluent/proficient in English (our working/office language)

  • Experienced in client-facing positions or customer services
