The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager with a focus on e-commerce, particularly online marketplaces, who will be the driving force behind the implementation of our ambitious product vision and strategy. Your strategic influence and operational acuity will reshape the future of the art market and strengthen Singulart’s product position as the leading art destination globally.  

You will be driven by qualitative and quantitative data - obsessively monitoring metrics and user research findings to optimize our products to improve engagement and retention of our customers as well as possess a proven track record of driving exponential growth in an ecommerce setting. Experience in luxury or the arts will be considered a strong asset. Reports to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer. Location is based in Paris on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the product strategy into execution 

  • Create detailed product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements

  • Manage and lead product process through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products and features across the roadmap 

  • Collaborate with the engineering and design team to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables

  • Communicate product updates and progress to leadership team and other key stakeholders across the business

  • Monitor value delivery against OKRs and hold the product team to account while aiming to improve the experience for our customers at all touchpoints in the user journey

  • Champion the customer – seek out ways to surprise and delight the customer and be one (of many) voices of the customer within the product team


Requisitos

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives in the ecommerce or technology sector.

  • Business level proficiency in both English and French

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, JIRA, etc.

  • Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and derive insights that inform product decisions and strategies. Proficiency in tools for data analysis essential such as GA4 and BigQuery

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Passion for luxury brands, the arts, and an understanding of their user expectations and profile
