We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join Kiln, a fast-growing scale-up in the cryptocurrency sector. Dive into a role where you'll drive innovative marketing strategies, develop key product campaigns, and simplify complex crypto concepts for global audiences.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop effective enablement, programs, and messaging that drive demand for Kiln’s products and services.
Work with Product and the rest of the Marketing team to plan and build go-to-market campaigns for new products and features.
Identify product differentiators that help sales best position Kiln against competitors.
Understand and thrive in an organization that is experiencing hyper-growth, with a work ethic that makes massive goals attainable.
Turn complex topics like cryptography and cryptocurrency into understandable and informative content.
Serve as the lead GTM resource for a defined set of strategic partners, proactively defining, developing, and executing joint strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the other departments Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to coordinate and execute partner strategies
Develop rolling go-forward marketing strategies/campaigns and generate enthusiasm/buy-in within partner organizations.
Serve as the lead GTM resource for new product launches. This will involve collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution. You will work closely with your other marketing teammates, designers, and freelancers to get the necessary support.
Identify product differentiators that help sales best position Kiln against competitors.
Work across the Marketing team and broader company to leverage existing marketing campaigns, sales material, and presentations, and generate new material as required to drive results.
Develop KPIs and other metrics to understand results and identify areas for improvement.
Write, proofread and edit strategic content for various long and short-form communications, sales documents, website and landing pages.
Requirements:
Must have:
3+ years of B2B/institutional direct marketing experience in FinTech, Finance or Crypto.
Experience marketing products to large enterprises and navigating buying teams of large prospect organizations.
Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing projects independently and across teams to meet deadlines.
Native speaker in English
Comfortable working with cross-functional groups and executive leadership
Nice to have:
Knowledge of crypto, Web3, and core Layer 1 / Layer 2 protocols is nice to have and a passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies are necessary
Knowledge of Webflow, Figma
