Your responsibilities :

- Leading the go-to-market strategy (French Market): define the roadmap, close new deals with partners, manage performance - you're involved at every stage.

- Managing and developing a team of 3-4 people working on the different verticals / distribution channels of our offer (Real Estate industries)

- Developing strategic projects in close collaboration with the Fintech BU Director and the various internal teams (Sales, Account Managers, CRM, Product, Operations etc.).

- Building strong relationships with key players in France by participating in key industry events / networking activities.

- Exploring new distribution channels for our offer and building new customer paths to improve our customer acquisition performance.

 

Your profile : 

  • Native level of French, professional level in English
  • Business / engineering school
  • Work experience: 2 to 3 years experience in a strategy consulting firm and/or a key strategic position (strategy/partnerships/growth) in a fast growing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and appetence for business development, you also have strong analytical skills 
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized.
  • Ideally, a first management experience
