As the right-hand to our Head of Offer & Revenue Manager for the spanish market, you will be highly visible and integral to both the Offer & Revenue team and the Operations team, you will interact with division heads and our supplier partners across the Energy, Telco, and Insurance verticals. The missions are very diverse and will range from strategic planning to operational optimisation, requiring analytical focus as well as interpersonal skills. They demand strong commitment, in exchange for which you will learn about many topics!

Your responsibilities : 
Strategy:
  • Strategic analyses related to the new launch & monitoring of Offers/Products
  • Coordination and monitoring of the commercial roadmap
  • Development of partnerships (contact, financial analysis, contract negotiations)
  • Deep-dive analytics to ensure consistency and completeness of our BI data
  • Collaborate in optimizing operational setup with suppliers (e.g., relay with our Ops/Tech team for back-office setup & integration as well as automation tools for sales tracking)
  • In-site supplier launch and follow-up/improvement of operational performance (scripting, process optimization, designing training materials)
  • Assist the Offer & Revenue Manager and the Head of Operations on the Spanish roadmap
  • And much more according to papernest's needs and your desires!
  • Student in an engineering or business school
  • Fluent/native in Spanish and proficient in English
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, team player
  • Strong analytical skills (you master Excel and are ideally familiar with SQL)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in operations
  • A first interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner
  • An Excel Test (1 hour, in autonomy). This test is designed to assess your analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for this role.
  • An interview with Antonio, Head of Offer & Revenue Spain & Italy (and your future Manager!)
  • Final call with Matthieu, Head of Offer & Revenue
