Your missions : 

As Product Manager for Customer Acquisition and Telephony, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our acquisition platforms, and telephony solutions integrated with our CRM and Call-center software.

• Deliver reliable scalable, high-performing acquisition platforms to meet acquisition objectives.
• Drive successful integration of telephony systems with external tools, ensuring real-time matching, queue management, and personalized expert-client interactions.
• Foster strong relationships with engineering managers and acquisition teams to align on priorities, mitigate risks, and meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure fast-paced delivery of new features while maintaining technical excellence and addressing legacy system challenges.
• Champion the product vision with resilience, influencing stakeholders across marketing, tech, and C-level executives.
• Measure and communicate the impact of product improvements on user satisfaction, efficiency, and business KPIs.
• Demonstrate strong design sensitivity to ensure products deliver modern, user-friendly, and efficient experiences that meet user needs and align with business goals.

Ton profil : 

• You’ve got > 3 years in product management in a fast-paced environment where you shipped products that have delivered meaningful business results and have added proven value for users 
• Passionate about technologies, you understand software development and shipping best practices to ease your collaboration with the tech team
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and you’re willing to impact directly our business
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure product effectiveness.
• Previous experience in implementing acquisition best practices, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEA, and campaign management tools is a plus
• You’re fluent in English and French
