As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be key in shaping papernest's recruitment strategy. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts across Tech, Product, Data, and Digital Marketing teams. Your mission is to maintain a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates, even in high-pressure and demanding contexts.
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2 to 3 recruiters, ensuring their continuous growth and high performance in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. You will focus on upskilling your team in critical competencies related to their roles, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to excel in their daily responsibilities.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to your scope’s specific challenges while proactively maintaining a strong talent pipeline to anticipate future needs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those who reach interview stages, to reflect papernest’s values and attract top talent.
- Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to the company’s key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand by increasing its visibility in key sourcing channels, ensuring papernest’s reputation attracts diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the recruitment process, embedding these values in every hiring decision.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of at least two recruiters.
- Strong ability to inspire, guide, and develop a recruitment team, ensuring collaboration and high performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, allowing you to act as a trusted strategic partner for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, offer innovative solutions, and adjust recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs and market conditions.
- Proficient in using data-driven approaches and recruitment tools to optimize processes and ensure performance is continuously tracked and improved.
- Previous experience in a startup environment, with a proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic setting.
