We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reporting Officer to join our team dedicated to sustainability. 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and developing our ESG strategies while contributing to well-informed investment decisions

  1. ESG Reporting: Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to collect data and information and measure KPIs for Swissquote’s sustainability report which provides transparent information to external stakeholders,
  2. ESG Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of the ESG performance of our company and benchmarks with peers in our instrustry providing concrete recommendations to management
  3. GHG emissions: Manage data collection for emission calculations and help to improve the methodology for measuring certain categories (including Scope 3, cat 15)
  4. Sustainable strategy: Contribute to develop sustainability related policies and practices as well as reinforcing related internal control procedures,
  5. Stakeholder Engagement and Dialogue: Coordinate Swissquote’s particiaption to ESG ratings, manage deadlines, collect data for questionnaires and submit the company response (ISS, CDP, etc.) and establish and maintain relationships with companies to encourage the adoption of more sustainable practices. Participate in stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote ESG best practices,
  6. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about the evolution of ESG regulations and standards, ensuring our investment practices remain in compliance with industry best practices,
  7. Training and Awareness: Provide internal training on ESG matters and participate in awareness initiatives to enhance understanding and commitment to our sustainable approach
  8. ESG Integration: Ensure our responsible investment guidelines are up to date and enforced by the treasury team and collaborate with portfolio managers to integrate ESG criteria into the investment selection process, ensuring alignment of financial goals with sustainable considerations,

Requisitos

  • University degree in finance, management, sustainable development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in ESG management & reporting, sustainable investing, or a similar role.
  • At ease with the following frameworks: PCAF, PACTA, GRI, GHG protocol, TCFD, ISSB and SBTi,.
  • Excellent understanding of ESG principles and their application in an investment context.
  • Hand-on attitude as well as advanced analytical skills and ability to work with complex data in a fast-growing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
