The Human Resources Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HR strategy for our international, interdisciplinary, gender-balanced team. You will be responsible for managing all HR processes, fostering a strong company culture, and supporting our rapid growth and development. Your role will encompass everything from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and strategic HR planning, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talents in a high-energy, innovative setting.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and objectives.
Provide strategic leadership on HR initiatives, including organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee global recruitment efforts, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-caliber talents to meet our needs.
Design and implement innovative talent management programs to drive performance, development, and career progression.
Develop strategies for employer branding to position Therapanacea as an employer of choice in the medtech and AI industries.
Company Culture & Values:
Foster and cultivate a positive company culture that reflects our values and supports our growth ambitions.
Ensure quality of social atmosphere, co-leading discussions with worker organisations and bridging management & employees relations by addressing demands, grievance & other issues.
Develop and execute programs that enhance employees engagement, inclusion, and well-being across international teams.
HR Processes & Compliance:
Coordinate, supervise and/or run all HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, liaising as necessary with providers and experts.
Implement HR systems and processes that support efficient and effective HR operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations;
Organizational Development:
Lead efforts to build organizational capability and readiness for future growth and change.
Design and deliver training and development programs that support both current and future business needs.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Master / Business School Degree in Human Resources or related field
10 years+ proven experience as an HR Director or similar leadership role, preferably in a high-growth, international medtech or technology environment.
Proven expertise across various areas of Human Resources: staff administration, recruitment, development, contracting, compensation & benefits.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Strong understanding of international HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving industry.
Teamplayer, open-minded, ability to propose, convince and drive the change. People oriented & results driven.
Good listener, negotiator and communicant in French & English
