As an HR projects Manager you will focus on new projects and innovation for all the entities of the company, to provide and run impactful innovative and exciting projects for all Flexcitizens. That wayYou will have a direct impact on the well being of our team and help in the decarbonisation of our industry towards a net-zero economy.
You will be part of our commercial team, under the HR manager, and your role is divided in:
Design, lead, and implement innovative HR projects tailored to a constantly evolving environment (35%):
Develop detailed project plans and ensure their execution.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes.
Manage change by supporting employees through organizational transitions (30%):
Design and implement communication and training plans to facilitate change.
Support managers and teams in adopting new practices.
Establish performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of HR projects (20%):
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Analyze data to propose adjustments and improvements.
Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters innovation and collaboration (15%):
Organize events and workshops to strengthen company culture.
Encourage diversity and inclusion within the organization.
