As Data Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind our data-driven decision-making processes. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented data professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data lifecycle, from strategy and architecture to analysis and insights delivery.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

• Develop and implement the data strategy, roadmap, and architecture to support the organization's goals and objectives.

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

• Collaborate with portfolio and product teams across the organization to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

• Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.

• Stay up to date of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the data and analytics space, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, promoting the use of data to drive business outcomes.
