That trick is the Wecasa Supply Expansion team, happiness hunters who find the best independent professionals across Wecasa geographies.
A few words about your future team:
The Supply team, managed by Michel, is currently divided into 3 units:
The team’s objective is to develop the network of freelance professionals in all our line of businesses, with a strong focus on home cleaning.
Reporting directly to Michel, you will be in charge of launching new countries on the supply side of the company. We plan to expand to 2-3 additional countries in 2025, starting with Germany.
You’ll hire the first german-speaking business developers and work with them to build and grow Wecasa’s professional network in Germany. Good news is that we are not here to sell useless things to people who don’t need them. No. We enable talented individuals to thrive in an activity that brings immense satisfaction: beautifying the homes of thousands of clients and taking care of their most precious assets: their children!
