Job overview:

In the context of this project, we are looking for a Junior Cloud Development Engineer to help us building this new offering hosted on our SAAS platform.
You will join a team composed of three passionate engineers.
The “Cloud Development and Innovation” Team plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based systems at FuturMaster, as well as innovating on automations to improve legacy systems.

Key responsibilities of The Cloud Development and Innovation Team:

• Creating scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based applications and services.

• Writing and maintaining code for cloud infrastructure.

• Setting up cloud environments using “AWS” platforms.

• Deploying applications and services to the cloud

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

• Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost and performance.

• Implementing best practices for cloud resource management.

• Working closely with other IT professionals, including developers and consultants.

• Providing support and recommendations based on client needs.

What You will Bring to Futurmaster:

• Fluent English – excellent oral and written communication skills

• An unquenchable thirst for knowledge

• Higher education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
  Hands-on professional experience in IT is a plus.

• General knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, …)

• General knowledge in systems (*Nix or Windows) / computing / networking / storage / databases

• Basic knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Shell, PowerShell, or Python

• Exceptional ability to solve complex problems, be autonomous, work in a team, prioritize tasks, and move forward.
