About The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front- end and back-end components of our applications. You will work with a wide range of technologies, including Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, AngularJS, Angular 2+, and more. The ideal candidate should support their squad in the required needs, providing a T-shaped and cross-functional mindset, following the agile methodologies and Allianz Way of working.

What you do

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of our applications using a wide range of technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Implement features and functionality on both the frontend and backend, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability across both frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the smooth operation of both frontend and backend systems.

What you bring

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies. Extensive knowledge of Spring framework (Boot, Security, Core, MVC, Cloud, Cache), Hibernate, and SQL.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, as well as NoSQL databases like Redis. Familiarity with Liquibase for database schema management and JDBC for database connectivity. Experience with Elasticsearch for search functionality.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, along with familiarity with JSON, SOAP, XML, and XSLT. Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, code quality tools like SonarQube, CheckMark, and build automation tools like Maven, Gradle, and package managers like NPM.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, mocking frameworks like Mockito, and behavior-driven development (BDD) tools like Cucumber.
