We are looking for a passionate Junior Software Developer to join our second-stage rocket ship.
You’ll be responsible for helping us bring AppTweak to the next level, you will work in a multi-skilled team responsible for part of the AppTweak tool and infrastructure. Check our ✨Tech Stack page✨ for more information!

Location: Brussels, Belgium.

Work modality: Hybrid (3x in the office, 2x from home).

Starting date: September 2025. 

Your Responsibilities:

As a software developer specialised either in Frontend, Backend, or Full-stack, we expect you to have a strong understanding of the current tech environment and help us make the right decisions. You will be understanding business requirements and translating these into strong scalable systems.

We expect you to take part in the implementation and collaborate with other members of your team to bring new features to life from the idealization to the final tests, deployment, and maintenance.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in computer science or engineering.

• First xperience or knowledge of coding with a programming language such as React, Angular, Vue (frontend), Ruby, Python or Node (backend).

• Team player: you are seeking the added value of team members to achieve more!

• You're hands-on and autonomous. You find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience/knowledge working with SQL databases.

• You are fluent in English.

Nice-to-have:

• A first work experience or previous internship is a plus.

• GitHub profile or link to open source work

• Experience with Rails or equivalent web frameworks such as Symfony, Django or ExpressJS.

• Experience with AWS / Kubernetes / Docker.

• You love food!
