What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst (SA) within BCG Vantage, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights with a focus on Risk & Compliance. As a SA you will deliver value to clients across industries via individual expertise on ESG regulatory topics (overview of current and upcoming ESG regulations such as CSRD/ESRS, EU taxonomy and CS3D, as well as detailed understanding of underlying business requirements). You will develop and deploy knowledge assets & products in ESG Risk & Compliance (e.g., set-up, maintenance and use of ESG regulatory data base including radar functionality). In addition, you will contribute to client cases, workshops and proposals and occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

You will contribute to project modules by preparing original analysis and provide thought partnership for proposals, client cases in regular on-site staffing and workshops.

• Flexibility, patience, and an understanding of demanding, and unstructured environments where priorities evolve constantly
• Applying topic/sector expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in Agile ways of working
• Strong business sense, entrepreneurial mindset and view on digital trends
• Applying expertise on ESG regulation when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/prototype, taking different client contexts into account
• Self-starter with high working standards and ethics, and ability to maintain discretion if needed

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (PhD or MBA can be of advantage) in business administration, economics, finance or other relevant subjects (incl. law and/or sustainability)
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in ESG regulation (current and upcoming ESG regulations and detailed requirements, in particular in CSRD/ESRS and EU taxonomy with ideally some initial familiarity with the evolving requirements of CS3D) or at least 2 years related consulting experience
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English

Who You'll Work With

As a Senior Analyst you will collaborate with our ESG risk and compliance topic leaders and the broader risk and compliance team to develop and shape new knowledge by participating in intellectual capital and knowledge infrastructure projects, developing, owning, and maintaining data bases, products and prototypes.
