Our department is delivering projects and support for the historically grown Data Warehouse that contains all information about the German letter business. We are increasing our support team to deliver the best service to our business partner.

You will assist the team with day-to-day operation support in security and firewall clearance tasks. You will handle firewall clearance requests and ensure compliance with security policies. This also includes documentation and maintaining technical procedures and configurations. Coordinating and implementing password changes for technical and personal users, support with authentication issues (Active Directory, Kerberos, LDADS) will also be part of your responsibilities.

In addition, you will be supporting the service owner in his daily tasks like coordinating patch planning, certificate changes and other infrastructure related tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have recently completed their education or studies and are looking to gain practical experience in the field.

• Understanding of Active Directory and LDADS
• Knowledge in authentication methodologies (e.g., Kerberos)
• Knowledge of general network infrastructure
• Good coordination and organization skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic SQL knowledge

Gaining more hands-on experience with databases has always fascinated me, so I moved to the production data analysis team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Head of BI Solutions role. In 2022, I moved to a management role, being Head of Subdomain PnP BI Solutions.
