About The Role:
In the context of Diabolocom's expansion, our Marketing team is growing as well. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and innovative Marketing Lead to join our team and help drive our continued success within new markets, mainly the US and the DACH region.
Main Responsibilities:
Strengthen Diabolocom's marketing strategy to support its current presence on different markets
Create a marketing and communication strategy to support expansion plans worldwide (USA, DACH)
Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to produce materials and messages to support their work
Redesign and implement Diabolocom's inbound client acquisition funnel
Manage the Marketing team of 4 people : Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, Growth Hacker and a Junior Project Manager
Launch and monitor online and offline campaigns (Paid ads, cold emailing, etc.)
Bring an innovative vision to improve Diabolocom's brand awareness and lead generation
Compile all the CRM automation, marketing and sales tool data to extract valuable insights and track campaign performance
Implement A/B Testing strategies to continuously improve our approaches
Implement periodical reportings to track KPIs and define clear outbound actions
Enrich, manage, and update our prospect databases
About You:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing Lead role
Be a doer with a hands-on attitude
Knowledge of the B2B & SaaS ecosystem
Ability to find innovative solutions to drive omnichannel lead generation
Constantly seeking new growth hacking techniques and tools, staying informed about the field
Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers, excellent proficiency in Excel, and a data-driven, results-oriented approach
Mastery of marketing tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Lemlist, Apollo,...
Experience in enriching CRM data for commercial purposesSkills in data scraping and conversion rate optimization (CRO)Technical expertise in cold email deliverability
Experience in optimizing landing pages and prospecting funnels, including A/B testing tools
Perfectly fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
Big plus: Fluency in German, Spanish or ItalianExperience in the Telecom Sector, CCaaS sector
