We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist to join our finance team.

Your role will involve overseeing the daily cash collection, keeping a close eye on outstanding debt, and taking charge of maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling accounts payable tasks across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated customer portfolio, ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable and accurate cash application of collection within NetSuite.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers through regular, professional contact with them and the associated internal traders and sales/account management team.
  • Utilize a variety of internal reporting systems to monitor customer usage and payment activity.
  • Review data imported from the sales system into ERP to ensure accurate invoice amounts and timing.
  • Supports month-end and annual closing.
  • Monitor and maintain accounts payable inboxes across the Group.
  • Entry of Accounts Payable invoices and expense reports, payments, and bank monitoring.

Requirements

  • English is mandatory (and a B2 Level in French).
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is mandatory.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Crypto knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, Xero, SAP, Quickbooks) and proficiency in Gsheet is needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
