Job Description:

• Analysis of requirements from internal customers
• Proposal of a technical solution
• Preparation of proposals / offers for customer: estimation of costs, alignment with planned budget.
• Responsibility for the implementation of individual services
• Communication with the internal customer about the progress of the implementation and setting of services.
• SPOC between customer and GOSP
• Responsible for delivery of cloud services
• External demand estimations, Internal demand management
• Communicate with other departments across companies
• Creating relationships with third parties, suppliers and customers
• Budget preparation & General cooperation with Procurement (RfP preparation, etc.)
• BRM focal point for CEE region
• Service Quality & SLA management and continual improvement
• KPI & metric gathering and reporting for requests

Requirements:

• Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Demand management
• English at level B2 (spoken and written) – English used as a common language
• Knowledge of Czech at B2 level
• Analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, goal-oriented work and a strong customer focus
• High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication and presentation skills
