Context
Hiboo’s alliances and partnerships are expanding, with more partners that are increasingly strategic and international.
As a member of the Business team of Hiboo, you are a key part of the Alliances & Partnerships Team, with a global position and outreach, to overlook strategic partners’ success, growth and enablement, in collaboration with Sales, CSM and Tech Teams.
The Alliances & Partnerships Team
The Alliances & Partnerships team drives indirect growth for Hiboo. The team overlooks all channel sales (resellers, ISV, co-sellers, referral partners…) as well as manages Hiboo’s strategic initiatives with OEMs and key players in our ecosystem.
Missions
Your mission is to manage the day-to-day, go-to-market and long-term strategy of Hiboo’s strategic partnerships, worldwide :
serve as the lead point of contact for all strategic partner management matters ;
build and maintain strong relationship with the partner’s top management and local entities (including dealerships) ;
building the deployment plans of Hiboo into the the partners’ structure and ecosystem ;
building and deploying a complete partnership enablement plan for marketing, sales, support and tech teams in harmony with Hiboo’s sales teams ;
develop and grow the existing partnerships based clear roadmap and strategy, with the appropriate KPI and forecast-based accountability ;
assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed ;
As part of the Alliances & Partnerships Team, help in the continuous improvement of team’s processes and collaboration with other teams ;
Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
6 to 10 years of proven experience in key account management, strategic partnerships or international partnership management ;
track record as a key member of a indirect / direct sales teams and in channel sales,
demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level ;
complete fluency in professional english, with international experience ;
willingness to travel (Europe, USA).
experience with large global industrial companies ;
experience working in a tech environment for a start-up/scale-up ;
experience in cross-team project management.
