About the team

You’ll join the Customer Care team with Chloe, and Solène.

The team puts all their efforts into managing incoming requests from candidates and recruiters via chat and email. As the first point of contact, they represent Maki and its values. They are part of the OCS (Onboarding, Success, and Care) department, bridging candidates, recruiters, and other teams. In this rapidly growing environment, they are actively shaping the future of care services by enhancing processes and tools for a better experience.

💪 Your mission

Your role will be diverse, impacting multiple stages of the customer journey. Below is an outline of the responsibilities, which we’ll prioritize together to ensure you have the best learning experience:

  • Provide support to customers and candidates via email and chat, prioritizing requests through queue management primarily using Intercom.

  • Facilitate communication and product education through internal/external resources, and contribute to the development of our Help desk.

  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Maki’s offerings to continuously deliver value and support.

  • Identify and resolve issues that address customer and candidate needs, ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
