What you will work on?

• Portfolio management of BEBA premium baby formula and BEBACARE child supplements on the Czech and Slovak markets. Monitoring and evaluation of Czech, Slovak and international market trends, consumer behavior to identify market opportunities for BEBA and BEBACARE brands.
• Introducing novelties and relaunches of existing portfolio according to Nestlé standards and preparation of marketing support.
• Working with a digital, media and creative agency to promote the brand, targeted at both consumers and doctors, in order to enhance the brand image.
• Responsibility for the assigned marketing budget.
• Sales data analytics, design activities to support better brand performance and their implementation in cooperation with other departments of the division.

What do we need from you?

• Creativity and team spirit
• Ability to manage projects separately
• Communication and analytical capabilities
• Nutritional enthusiasm and positive relation to the category of baby food
• At least 2-3 years experience in marketing (junior brand manager/brand manager)
• Brand digital activation experience
• Advanced knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak in both spoken and written language
• Desktop skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Driving license sk. B
